GRASSWEKA oak, and pine enebral stocking in Sierra Nevada

In line with the previous post, I leave a video comparing the NDVI time series of oak, the oak and pine reforestation of the Sierra Nevada. Innovation shows no respect to the above video (it has the same look and feel "), but it's interesting: The
  • resemble the oak and pine reforestation.
  • The "peaks" and "valleys" as pronounced in the oak.
The valleys of oak are well explained by marcescent Pyrenean oak, which looks dead leaves during winter.

peaks reach their peak in spring 2004, but then does not happen again with the same magnitude in the next 7 years, while the valleys are more delivered during the same period. "Bad times for the Pyrenean oak?.
